First Anniversary Celebration of Rotary Club Cazin

On June 20, 2025, a festive celebration marking the first anniversary of Rotary Club Cazin was held in the beautiful ambiance of Hemingway restaurant in Cazin. This significant evening brought together club members, friends, and guests who celebrated a successful year filled with humanitarian projects and community engagement.

During the celebration, club members presented the results and projects realized over the past year. A special moment of the evening was the ceremonial handover of the presidential sash, which outgoing president Esmira Kapić, accompanied by the fitting verses of Jovan Jovanović Zmaj:

"Where I stopped, you will go; what I could not, you will be able to; where I did not reach, you will arrive; what I started, you continue; we still owe, you will repay."

passed on to new president Refik Rošić.

The celebration would not have been complete without the moment when we enriched our Rotarian family with two new members. After the ceremonial pinning, we welcomed Irnad Tahirović and Eldin Hadžić. Their joining symbolizes our commitment to expanding the network of people who share the same values – service to the community, friendship, and professional excellence.

The evening was further enriched by a raffle and socializing that lasted until late hours. This celebration not only marked the first year of successful work of Rotary Club Cazin but also confirmed their dedication to humanitarian action and improving the local community.
